UPDATED RESPONSE TO COVID-19
 

We want to thank you for being patient, and navigating this past year with us. 

 

As NYS guidelines have continued to change and evolve, our protocols and policies have also. They are as follows…

 

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been around anyone who is sick, please contact us to cancel your appointment. 

 

  • We will still be taking your temperature with a touch-less thermometer and recording it upon arrival.

 

  • Consent for services is still required, understanding the risk vs benefit for your visit. 

 

  • You must continue to wear a mask that is fitted around your ears to your appointment. If you do not have one or forgot yours, we have complimentary masks available.

 

  • Our door policy has changed and you can enter and exit at either our Water St. or Erie Blvd. entrances. 

 

  • We currently have ample seating available and you do not need to call or text upon arrival before entering our salon. We still ask that you do not bring a guest with you at this time though. 


 

We take pride in keeping our salon clean and sanitized for the health of our guests and team members. We are continuing to disinfect our chairs and wash stations, before and after each client. Our partitions in-between wash stations and chairs will still remain. 

 

We are continually monitoring NYS, Federal government, and CDC policy changes and will adapt as necessary or appropriate to our protocols and procedures.
