A Change in My Element

I am writing to you today with big news regarding a shift in my career as a Salon Owner and Stylist...  As of June 1, 2022, I will no longer be behind the chair as a stylist.  My new focus will be on running Element operations and leading my team members while having the time to create and innovate for our salon.

I have loved my time behind the chair helping to bring you into your Element. While this decision was not an easy one, I am choosing courage over comfort. Now is the time to practice my values over professing them. My current day to day work is booked and busy but in the best way. I am surrounded by "my" people, great conversations and lessons, mastering my craft and producing my best work.  In turn, this schedule has led to many sacrifices behind the scenes. There is no easier way forward other than to trust the magic of a new focus.

I know that this change may be hard for you as not only my client, but as a dear friend. I have put a lot of thought behind a list of salons and stylists that I believe are true artists. I have worked alongside many wonderful stylists over my 20 years in the industry. My team at Element on Water is thriving and we have grown together over the past 5 years.

You can reserve your space at Elementonwater.com with any of our talented stylists or reach out to them directly.  elementonwater@gmail.com | 315-471-1730

The talks, the walks, the weddings, the funerals, the laughs and the tears will forever be a part of my life's journey.  As you know, I would never be true to myself if I don't try, stay comfortable or stop learning.

Change is what makes a life.
